This is a simple LKB-compatible FSPP library. It doesn't support all of the latest rule types (specifically '+' and '-' rules), but otherwise it does work. If you improve it to support the new rules I'd be happy to post your improved version here. No warranty ; free for noncommercial use, contact me if you need to use it commercially.
